Overview

The first official statistics of holiday homes by state and district in Malaysia. The statistics are based on preliminary findings of the Economic Census 2026 (EC 2026), conducted from 5 January to 30 June 2026, together with administrative data from various agencies. The statistical coverage is based on the Malaysia Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC) 2025, Activity 55201: Holiday Homes and Apartments.
