Job Offering Advertised Online, First Quarter of 2026

The number of online job offerings advertised in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 6.6 per cent to 626,861.

Job Offering Advertised Online for Major Group Occupation

Online job offerings were concentrated in the Professional category, accounting for 50.4 per cent or 315,768 job offerings in the first quarter of 2026, compared to 272,698 job offerings in the fourth quarter of 2025. Managers category recorded 99,447 job offerings, followed by Technicians and Associate Professionals with 93,987 job offerings. Higher demand was observed for Advertising and Marketing Professionals (48,186 job offerings), followed by Managing Directors and Chief Executives (26,869 job offerings), Administrative Associate Professionals (26,257 job offerings), Accountants and Auditors (24,784 job offerings), as well as Software Developers (20,089 job offerings).

Job Offering Advertised Online for Economic Activities

The Services sector continued to dominate, accounting for 78.8 per cent or 494,182 job offerings in the first quarter of 2026, compared to 84.4 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2025. The Wholesale and Retail Trade; Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles subsector recorded the highest number of job offerings within the Services sector, at 176,508 job offerings, followed by Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities (69,796 job offerings), Administrative and Support Service Activities (53,784 job offerings), Manufacturing (41,263 job offerings), and the Accommodation and Food Service Activities (38,883 job offerings).
