Take-home points:In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the OIC-StatCom, the Follow-Up Meeting briefed the Members of the Commission on the progress of the implementation of the resolutions adopted by the 12th Session of the OIC-StatCom, as well as discussed and exchanged views on the composition of bureau members, provisional agenda, and date & venue of the upcoming session, which would be held in October 2024. Additionally, the project titled ‘Integration of Tobacco Questions for Surveys (TQS) and TQS-Youth into the National Surveys of the OIC Member Countries’ was also presented during the meeting in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the CDC Foundation.
