The Annual High-Level Meeting of the MPPN provides a vital opportunity for expert exchange on multidimensional poverty amongst representatives from governments and international institutions across the globe. High-level attendees at previous meetings have included heads of state, vice presidents, ministers, statisticians, and senior representatives of international institutions. This year, the meeting will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the MPPN and will foster learning and knowledge exchange on multidimensional poverty measurement and reduction, highlighting the successes and lessons learned.Malaysia will share its experience in using the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) to accelerate and monitor poverty reduction.
