Introduction

     Wholesale & Retail Trade Census 2019 (WRC 2019) is the eight census, whereby the latest census was in 2014 for the reference year of 2013.

     In 2017, Wholesale & Retail Trade sub-sector contributed 29.8% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Services sector.

    WRC 2019 (reference year 2018) will be conducted from March to September 2019 which covers registered companies/ businesses in the Wholesale Trade, Retail Trade and Motor Vehicles throughout  Malaysia.
